Most Halloween lighting is small and gets lost against a lit window. At 16ft across, this is the piece the rest of the yard arranges itself around.

Its own panel, no wiring
A small solar panel on a short stake charges through the day and switches the web on at dusk by itself. Nothing runs back to the house and there is no outlet or timer to set.
The spider is part of it
A moulded black spider mounts at the centre of the web rather than being a separate prop you have to buy and position. It is what makes the shape read as a web instead of a net of lights.

Steady is what most people leave it on. The slow chase down the lines is the one that makes people stop. You change it with the button on the panel.

Purple or orange, fixed at the point you buy
Purple is the one that reads Halloween from the end of the street. Orange sits closer to candlelight and lines up with carved pumpkins. The colour is set by which one you order, so pick before you add to cart.

Hook the top ring up high
A gable peak, under the eaves, a porch corner or a branch. The higher the top point, the more the web spreads.
Fan the nine lines out and stake them
Space them evenly before you push the stakes in, then walk back and check the shape from the pavement. Two people makes it quicker.
Put the panel where it sees the sky
It goes on its own short stake near the bottom of the web. A day of daylight is all it needs to run the evening.

It flashes but it does not change colour. There are eight modes, from steady through to a slow chase down the lines, changed with the button on the solar panel. The colour is whichever one you bought.
Yes. The panel charges during the day and the web lights up on its own once it gets dark, so there is nothing to switch on and no timer to programme. How long it runs depends on how much sun the panel got.
Yes, it is rated IP44 and the section joins use a sealed connector, so it is made to stay up through October weather. IP44 covers rain and splashing, not being submerged, so do not leave the panel sitting in a puddle.
No. It runs entirely off its own solar panel, so there is no cable back to the house and nothing to plug in. That is what lets you put it on a tree or the far side of the lawn.
